What this coaching is

This isn’t about personal performance hacks.

It’s about noticing the emotional tone you set, the friction you feel, and the trust you're building - or eroding - without realising it.

Together, we explore how polite resistance might be showing up around you: agreement without follow-through, silence instead of challenge, slow movement where energy should flow.

From there, we co-develop practical shifts in your leadership presence - so you can clear the friction, restore trust, and help your team move forward again.

Option 1: Online Coaching

4 × 75-minute 1:1 sessions over 4–6 weeks
A structured, reflective coaching space to fit your schedule

Option 2: In-Person Walking Coaching

1 Ă— 3-hour walk-and-coach session (Trent Park, North London)
An immersive conversation in nature for leaders who think better while moving

Both options include:

  • A confidential, non-judgemental space to explore real leadership challenges

  • A focus on emotional tone, trust, and values-aligned action

  • Insights from the ELVO Leadership Flywheel

  • Optional reflection prompts between sessions

  • A written summary after your final session

One Client at a Time

This is a deliberately small practice.

I work with one client at a time - no overlap, no distractions - so each leader gets focused space and presence.

I continue to lead a team in local government myself, which keeps me grounded in the real-world tensions my clients face.

When one coaching programme ends, I open the next space and invite someone from the waitlist.
