One Client at a Time
I coach one person at a time. That’s it.
This approach allows me to give each client focused attention - without rush, without overload. It also helps me maintain balance while continuing to lead my own team in local government.
I’m still in the thick of real-world leadership myself. That keeps me grounded and it’s part of what makes this work real, not theoretical.
When one client completes their coaching programme, I open the next space and invite someone from the waitlist.
It’s a small, slow practice - by design.
